Yes it’s official!!

Start booking now, for the Australian Salers Association National AGM and Tasmanian Tour, being held in Burnie, Tasmania, on the 19th/20th of November 2022.                                       

Key information is as follows –

  • AGM will be held in Burnie at the Beachfront Voyager on the evening of the 19th of November.  If you can’t physically make the AGM, a link can be sent out please advise your state representative if you require this.
  • A range of accommodation is available at this venue.
    • Standard Rooms: Friday 18th November to Sunday 20th November – $167 per night
    • Executive Rooms: Friday 18th November to Sunday 20th November – $177 per night
    • Seaview Balcony Rooms: Friday 18th November to Sunday 20th November – $210 per night
      • As it is coming into their summertime weather, bookings may start to come in more frequently so we would suggest booking sooner rather than later to guarantee your accommodation.
    • Breakfast: Fully Cooked & Continental Breakfast is available in-room or in Raindrops Restaurant. Mon-Fri 7.00am – 9.00am Sat & Sun 7.30am – 9.00am
  • Tours of the Apple Isle, connected to the AGM are being finalised as we speak and more information will be sent out once the finer details are complete.  The plan is to have a bus so we can all travel together to catch up and network.  Pick up/drop off will be at the Beachfront Voyager.
  • Airports/flights, there are a couple of options
    • Launceston airport – is significantly cheaper to fly into but is an hour and a half drive so requires a hire car.
    • Davenport airport – 45 minute drive
    • Burnie airport – A regular taxi service meets every flight from the Burnie Wynyard Airport, a 20 minute taxi drive to your accommodation
  • If flying is not your thing then the boat, Spirit of Tasmania might be the way to arrive in style
